RMA - Authorization Form to make materials

This section is available for a Return Materials Authorization Application Form (RMA):

The aim of RMA is to provide all the relevant information to require equipment repairing in order to improve and facilitate logistics and repairing process.

To get the RMA number please:

• Contact Project Automation
• Download the form on the PC
• Open the form with "Acrobat Reader", fill in all its parts, save it to your PC and send it to Project Automation to the following e-mail:

  • This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for Mobility Supervision and Control
  • This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for Public Transport Management Systems
• Wait for Project Automation communication of the RMA number
• Specify on the delivery note/transport document the RMA number and stick copy of the RMA and the delivery note forms on the packages for forwarding
• In the absence of RMA and Delivery Note, the material will not be accepted.

PA reserves the right to verify the reparing under warranty terms.

In case of necessary payment for repairing, you will receive a quotation for acceptance.
